Continuing with our Evolution theme this week at Beams & Struts, here the evolution of dance--or at least the evolution of Western pop dance since the 1950s. Apparently (as of 2009 anyway) this is the most popular youtube video ever!!! I realize homeboy isn't quite on the same level as these young brothers, but the Hammer-Time is pretty legit. Perhaps too legit? There's even a sequel--check out white boy doing a pretty mean James Brown.
